No kidding, this is for real.
Thanks to Sonicfan over at FUS, we've found out that SatAM is being reaired for 3 days (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday) at Fox 33 in Michigan. Yes, it's only a local station, but it's more than SatAM's had in the US in the past six years.
Do a Google search for Fox 33 Michigan, and check out their program schedule for 7:30 AM on those days.

[blinks] My goodness, how highly unusual... Great news, though ^_^ . I'll have to see what I can do about it.... A shame that I don't live in the region.

[goes back to preparing the custard, salad, and Kiche? Quiche? How do you spell that again?...]

[Goes back to waiting for the @#$%ing dishwasher to hurry up and finish cleaning everything needed... Which is about everything that exists in the kitchen]

Oh, hey, WOW! I wonder how the hell they managed to pull this one off? Anyway, many many thanks for the news, Sir Tristan. We are deeply in your debt. Here's the program listing for those of you too lazy to go to Google, by the by. Just go over to seven in the morning . . . Sonic is on right after some paid programming (maybe they'll advertise stuff that'll help you run faster ) and before Sherlock Holmes in the 22nd Century.

You know, some of the language DiC used about Totally Sonic still makes me think that there's a DVD release sometime in the future.
It was said that this was a "Must-Have for Sonic fans," after all. What's the point in marketing to Sonic fans if you've really just produced a package to sell to small broadcast stations?

It's possible that if the show did well on TV, they planned a later DVD release, yah. Maybe I'll try and do some more digging on it after I get home from work tonight.

Update:
This wasn't just a one-time thing. Sonic is repeating every two weeks now. Check their schedule.

I dunno . . . from what it says over at FUS, I think maybe it was a one time thing . . . it showed for a total of three days, and I don't think it's shown again since.
I could have read it wrong, however.
