Confession: I'm a little obsessed. ;D Laugh if you must. Anyone else read the books, or seen the movies?

Ok, I have to say that I have read up to the fourth book, and I have seen the first movie. Personaly I really did'nt like the movie and I found the books "ok". Nothing good, just ok. The only reason why I read them is because a friend said they were good.

I've read books one through four and have seen both movies on video/dvd. I liked the reading, it was a light take on fantasy that I enjoyed greatly. I have yet to read Order of the Pheniox, but I bet i'll enjoy that one as well.

It's good! It's a tie between that one and the third as to which is my favorite...and Jim, you were NOT forced to read them. . .you were forced to watch the movie, and you read them of your own will .

I nearly bought a Harry Potter book a few weeks ago, what stopped was was a complete edition of all the Lord of The Rings novels in one, at half the price. A bloody great book ;D But when I'm finished this one, I'm gonna need something else to bloody read, so maybe Harry Potter is the next one for me.

I'd probably be offended, but I didn't quite understand what all of that meant.
Oh, look! Shiny objects!

For anyone who cares, I read book five finally. Borrowed it from my english teacher, and finished it three days later. Its been quite a while since I lost myself in a book like that. Now I gotta find something else to read. Perhaps I should try to plod my way through LotR again.
